The Law

The Children’s Legal Centre is an independent charity concerned with law and policy affecting children and young people. Based in Essex, it is staff by lawyers and professionals with expertise in child law. It provides free legal advice and representation to children and parents with concerns relating to schools or LEA issues. The centre offers a couple of sessions of 30 minutes free of charge . Further advice and/or casework can be provided under Legal Help. Fully informed on guidelines as far as the law is concerned any parent considering legal action regarding bullying at school should contact them on 0845 456 6811.
